The issue of the rights of guys and lesbians is weird and absurd to common sense. However, if one has some knowledge in genetic and chromosomal mutation then one can begin to think this to be a possibility to the human race. For real what defines a woman and a man is not the phenotype (physical look) but the genotype (genetic make up). Here what do i mean? what defines the sex of a human being is the genes, chromosomes and the hormones of the person. Let us picture a scenario where by in the course of chromosomal separation the XY chromosome of the male fails to divide and then it fuses with the X chromosome from the female what do u think is going to be the sex of the offspring? solve the puzzle! All this boils down to the fact that some people are born with deviation from the normal routine of functioning. If a person who is a man today is injected with more estrogen than testosterone, then he is going to feel and act like a woman no matter the fact that he looks like a man. So in effect, some people are born naturally with this kind of effect. If this is not reversed at birth or childhood and the person is allowed to grow to an adult and chooses to follows “his” instincts, then let him be allowed is his right as long as he does encroach into the rights of another person.
However, there are people who choose this path to performance the act without any backing from nature but from their own making for reasons best known by them. The point is if everyone has the right to his or her opinion, then should these persons be criminals of their own pinions ?
President Barrack Obama revocation of the 1996 ban of single sex marriage caused a state of at loggerheads in the United States he said and i quote,”Our journey is not complete until our gay brothers and sisters are treated like anyone else under the law. For if we are truly created equal, then surely the love we commit to one another must be equal as well.”(http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2013/01/21/obama-inauguration-speech-gay-marriage-stonewall/1851999/).
If there is such thing as the right of the animal, it should not be compared to human rights. We can respects animal rights just for the fact that we need to protect the ecosystems and for subsequent generations to be able to have the opportunity to see this animals too. Animals have no soul as humans. What is unique about human having a soul is the fact that the show grief for a lost one that is seen only to some limited extend among the primates and elephants. Though the concept of the existence of the soul has being argued by many scholars (http://www.ghostweb.com/soul.html) is not going to be something strange to us if we do belief in existence of a ubiquitous creator (God) and the apocalypse. However, this is still going to bring us to our ethical styles.
